Grace.Net is RMCC’s organization model that integrates ministries so that men, women, and children might come to know Christ through others and then grow to a fruitful maturity in Christ.  Grace.Net is a model designed to incorporate all members; it is an every-member ministry.  It prevents polarization of the youth (or other age groups), men, or women.  Men, women, and youth work together side by side to further the kingdom of God.

Grace.Net enhances the potential of the church to engage believers in ministries that will build up God's people and accomplish God's purposes.  The church can better minister to those assimilated into the fellowship and ministries of the church.  Grace.Net also helps to mobilize RMCC for more effective ministry by knowing each member's spiritual gifts and desires to serve and by having an organizational structure that facilitates becoming involved.  God's people want to serve, not just consume.  By serving, people will be edified, trained to reach out to others in the church and community, thus becoming part of a working body of Christ.

Freeing Up Our Elders
"It was he who gave some to be apostles, some to be prophets, some to be evangelists, and some to be pastors and teachers, to prepare God's people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ" (Ephesians 4:11-13).  All members of RMCC are encouraged to use their gifts, thus freeing up our elders for more equipping.  This allows the church to be a working body and be more effective in reaching out to the community.

Assimilation of Believers
Assimilation is the incorporation of believers in a way that members function as one body, the body of Christ (1 Corinthians 12:12-31).  This is an ongoing process that involves everyone in the church, regardless of how long they have been involved.  Assimilation allows that every believer be nurtured spiritually by other believers on a continuing basis. It is not an option but a duty taught in Scripture.  It is synonymous with the concept of edification.  Therefore, assimilation must be considered as a priority of the church both for adults and children.

Integration of Newcomers
Everyone has gifts and abilities, and Grace.Net is an effective way to incorporate newcomers.  As people come into the church and use their gifts, they feel part of the church more quickly.  Not only are they edified, but the rest of the church is blessed also.

Accommodating the Flow of New Ideas and Ministries
When someone has a suggestion, a concern, sees a need for new ministry or the improvement of an existing one, the structures provided by Grace.Net allow these ideas and suggestions to be properly channeled to the appropriate area.

Broadening the Leadership Base
Leadership is encouraged at RMCC, and Grace.Net allows for more people to participate. RMCC is governed by a two-office system of elders and deacons.  For those who do not want to be an officer but want to use their leadership and service abilities or for those who are leaders-in-training, Grace.Net provides the opportunity to lead and serve.

Ministries such as outreach, missions, and education that serve the church as a whole are implemented within the Grace.Net structure. We do not encourage separate organizational structures for women to perform ministry to the local church.  A woman can serve in any position in Grace.Net except as a church officer; however, women are encouraged to take leadership positions within Grace.Net where men and women work alongside each other, sometimes performing the same or similar activities.

Director of Grace.Net Ministries
The Director of Grace.Net is to see the overall picture of how everything fits together; to see needs and enable people in the church to use their gifts and abilities to fill those needs; to help members succeed by way of encouragement, affirmation, coming along side to help them or opening up channels for them to accomplish a task or service.  Thus the main thrust in the administrative arm is to see what needs to be done, know the gifts and abilities of the members, and then to help those in the congregation to serve in the area of his or her choice.  The Director is a crucial part of our ministry structure because people are guided to serve the church in the areas where they enjoy, the area where God has given them the gift and ability.

Ministry Coordinators
Coordinators are chosen by the session on the basis of spiritual integrity, leadership skills, and appropriate gifts and abilities for a designated ministry.  They are asked to serve for a minimum two-year term.  They assist their individual ministries and then are responsible for their entire ministry team.  They are directly accountable to the Director and the Session but are allowed to have a free reign to use their talents, be creative, and to make mistakes.
